Venly offers several plans, which all give you access to Venly’s platform. Some services are only available in certain plans. All plans are subject to additional usage charges.

Compute units (CUs) are a way to measure how much computing resources, like processing power and memory, an API endpoint requires. Think of compute units like a measuring stick that represent how much computer power an API endpoint needs. The more compute units an API endpoint requires, the more resources it consumes to complete the request and vice versa.

For customers who sign up and pay online, we accept all major credit cards. To pay via ACH or wire, please contact our sales team.

Venly is billed in United States Dollars (USD) only. This applies across our whole platform, including additional usage charges. Right now, we can’t bill in any other currencies.

There may be additional usage charges if you exceed the allocated compute units in your plan. Our pricing plans come with a set number of compute units, and if your usage surpasses this limit, you will be billed for additional compute units. We charge for additional usage in bundles of 100,000 compute units at a time. Each bundle represents a predefined amount of usage beyond your plan's allocation. So, you only pay for what you use beyond your plan's limits, in increments of 100,000 compute units. Your dapp will continue to work without interruption.

When you sign up for our service, your 14-day free trial begins immediately after entering your company or project name—no credit card required. During the trial, you'll have full access to all features at no cost. Once the trial ends, you can activate your preferred plan by adding your credit card and company details

You can easily upgrade your plan at any time. Customers on the custom plan need to contact us to make a change. To change your plan simply head to ‘Billing’ > ‘Change plan’, in the developer portal.

Upgrading your plan: Your account will be upgraded and charged immediately. The amount due will be reduced based on the percentage of the billing cycle left at the time the plan was changed.

Downgrading your plan: To downgrade to a lower-tier plan or change the billing cycle within the same plan, please contact support or use the chat feature in the Portal by clicking the message icon in the bottom right corner.

If you no longer wish to use Venly, you may cancel at any time. You'll still have access to your paid plan for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Yes! When you choose to pre-pay for a year of service, you'll receive a 20% discount compared to monthly payments.

Your account email will be notified after each failed payment. Payments may be retried up to 8 times within the next few days. After this, if the payment did not succeed, your account will get restricted, you will still have access to the developer portal, but all access to our products will be blocked.

You can change your payment method in the “Billing” section of the developer portal.

Our refund policy is simple. If you believe you've made a mistake signing up for a paid Venly subscription, please contact us inside the app or email invoices@venly.io. We'll be happy to refund you the full amount (not pro-rated) if you cancel your subscription within 72 hours of signing up for monthly billing, or within 7 days of signing up for annual billing.
