The platform has served various corporate partners, including the Hong Kong Palace Museum, Bupa Hong Kong, Digital Art Fair, and Asian Cultural Council Hong Kong, bringing in tens of thousands of users into Web3. Dotted was developed due to the team's recognition of the transformative nature of Web3 and the disconnection of the existing ecosystem. Historically, Web3 has been centered around desktops and required users to utilize different tools and services for various protocols. However, a mobile-first approach is crucial to achieving mass adoption, as the majority of people interact with the digital world through their phones. Additionally, concepts such as self-custody, various protocols, and seed phrases are unfamiliar to the mass market, thus Dotted was built to facilitate mass adoption through its multi-chain wallet. 

With Venly's Wallet API, Dotted has complete control over the user experience, allowing them to optimize user conversion while handling private key storage in the background. The Wallet API has been developer-friendly with live support and comprehensive documentation, allowing them to get to market faster and with greater confidence. 

As a Web3 gateway, Dotted does not end the journey with a user's first NFT. The platform believes in a multi-wallet future and allows users to connect multiple wallets to their Dotted persona, enabling them to continue using the platform as they grow. Additional features, such as NFT trading, connecting to dAPPS, and purchasing crypto, have been included to support users in their digital asset journey.
